We are currently only looking for overseas Filipino healthcare workers.
You will undergo six months of in-depth Finnish language training, which also includes work orientation and cultural integration. Finnish language practice will continue while the residence permit is on process until the departure to Finland.
The healthcare worker applicant will have to pay for his/her own residence permit processing, medical check-up and plane ticket to Finland. There are no placement fees or other hidden charges.
Yes. The training is free if the healthcare worker applicant will complete the whole training course.
Upon arrival in Finland, you will work initially as a nurse assistant or practical nurse student under an apprenticeship program in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Median gross salary of nursing assistants in Finland is 2075€. It is based on Collective Agreement and can be affected by location and work experience. They also get additional compensations such as night differential, Saturday and Sunday incentives, overtime pay and holiday pay and other benefits including comprehensive medical insurance.
Applicants will be working in healthcare facilities located in Uusimaa Region primarily in cities of Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.
